Trouble & Bass founder Drop the Lime has finally released the EP and video for “Sex Sax”, the first single off his upcoming album, set for an October release. The catchy beat, which is dominated by a saxophone (duh), is sure to ignite dance floors across the globe this summer. After a cancelled flight last February due to the blizzard, Sinden was forced to reschedule his appearance at Trouble & Bass’ No Escape from New York to this Saturday, May 1 at Santos Party House.

Sinden is known for his genre-melting remixes and mash-ups. His remixes range from Mary J Blige and Mr. Hudson to Basement Jaxx and Armand van Helden; he is also a resident DJ at Fabric in London. We got a preview of Sinden last Sunday at Hard in Los Angeles, and watch out NYC – you’re in for a treat. His set was mostly electro, but took a turn for dubstep when he dropped the Joker remix of “Cruel Intentions” by Simian Mobile Disco. After seeing his performance in at the massive Palladium, we’re looking forward to checking him out in the more intimate confines of Santos Party House.
